The Willow Surgery, your local doctors in Downend. We moved into our new health centre on Hill House Road in 2009 and hope you will find us okay.  If you have any comments or feedback about the practice, please just get in touch.

Register as a patient with us

It's really easy to register with the Willow Surgery. Just bring your medical card to reception and we will then request your medical records be sent to us from your old GP. You'll have to fill in a medical questionaire and then that's it! Please just drop-in or give us a call...
